This technology integrates advanced models from OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Meta’s Llama (Llama 3.1), enabling ChatGenie to deliver smarter and personalized chatbot experiences in Filipino, English, and local dialects, helping businesses engage effectively across multiple social media channels.

ChatGenie’s multi-AI framework uses specialized agents to streamline customer inquiries: the Intent AI Agent identifies the purpose behind inquiries, the Prompt Guard AI Agent filters out irrelevant ones, and the Classification AI Agent directs inquiries to the appropriate workflow. The Conversation AI Agent drafts responses, while the Refinement AI Agent fine-tunes them for accuracy and relevance. This coordinated approach aims to deliver precise and satisfying customer interactions.
A sample conversation between ChatGenie Chatbot and the customer above shows the customer expressing doubts about the effectiveness of the product. The first response shows confidence in the product and mentions previous customers and testimonials supporting its claims. However, it doesn’t directly address the customer’s concern. In the final response, the Refinement AI Agent ensures that the concern is addressed directly, adding empathy and setting proper expectations about the product instead of hard-selling it.
Meanwhile, ChatGenie’s platform integrates with Meta’s Business Growth Tools, enabling businesses to send updates and promotions directly to customers. Promo Campaign Agents optimize promotion strategies, Click-to-Messenger campaigns drive ad engagement, and Lead Targeting Agents use customer data for targeted outreach.
