LBC Augments Pick Up Capabilities to Serve More Filipinos

As Omicron pushes many Filipinos back inside their homes to take shelter and safety, LBC assures our kababayans that its doors remain open to serve. Aware of the necessity of sending their padala- whether an “ayuda” to relatives who are hardly getting by; or goods sold by small businesses, LBC makes sure that the public has a reliable courier to count on during these crucial times.

And to ensure the safety of its customers, LBC has reminded them that there is a way  to get their goods shipped out, without having to step out of their homes: through LBC’s Pick Up. Introduced even before the pandemic began, LBC Pick Up is a free of charge service that lets customers experience LBC without the stress of having to go outside, travel and cue up.

To avail of the service, all you have to do is arrange pick up location and schedule at lbconline.lbcexpress.com; wait for the courier to arrive and pay the fee- after which, you will be issued a tracking number.

What’s more, you can even avail of same day pick-ups for as long as you make a booking before the 10 to 11 am. cut-off.

For those with multiple deliveries, LBC Pick Up can also easily accommodate bulk shipments owing to its air and freight capabilities.

An added feature of the service is the Push Hotline- whereby you can dial call (02) 8-8585999 if you feel the need to talk to an LBC representative.

There’s also no need to feel anxious about LBC couriers coming to your door to pick up your “padala” as they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and have been trained to practice the necessary health and safety protocols.

The great thing about the service is it’s available in Metro Manila, Northern and Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. LBC has also added more barangays in their serviceable areas- spanning all three regions to help more Filipinos affected by the pandemic.

Ms. Dinna B. Tiongson, LBC’s SVP – Domestic Operations says: “We recommend for customers to actively use LBC Pick Up at this time as we continue to face a surge of Omicron cases. This service is not just meant to help  our beloved customers and clients transport important items, but also our way to keep people indoors and help the country stave off a bigger health crisis”.
