Living in the city is very tiring sometimes. Maybe it’s because of all the hustle and bustle, pollution, noise and all of the tall buildings.
I am one of those people who dream of having a home of their own where they can raise their children and grow old with their loved ones without having to worry about the comfort of their family.
So when I got invited to Nuvali bloggers tour, I didn’t hesitate to say yes!
October 20, the organizers and bloggers met at Makati Stock Exchange early that morning. Then, around 9 am, we headed to Laguna.
After an hour, we are already in Santa Rosa. Our first stop is the Bird Sanctuary. Nuvali offers a Gazebo which serve as a view deck. The Gazebo is carefully designed and has proper information about the birds you can find around the area.
We were told that the best time to go bird watching is at 6 am. They usually hide when the sun is out, so the next best time is during sunset.
A range of living options for every Nuvali resident provides the freedom to enjoy the outside from the inside, and the inside from the outside; whether it’s a stroll in the park, a short walk to work, or, for that matter, working from home. Nuvali has a variety of offerings for different sets of lifestyles. Providing families a wide range of options, Nuvali is an attractive place of residence.
Abrio – delivers an extraordinary level of privacy, exclusivity, and security to Ayala Land’s top-tier clients, who place great value in the ability to live in a discreet environment where freedom of movement can be enjoyed without having to live behind high walls.
Montecito – Tranquility is a common thread that runs through Montecito, from the amply spaced lots, to its unique greenways, trees and wildlife that surround the whole community.
Santierra – will be the perfect natural urban refuge right beside the emerging NUVALI commercial and residential district.
Treveia – TRE for the “three” signifying the three values of modernity, community and sustainability. Veia for family. Close to nature and eco-friendly, Treveia warmly nurtures close family and community ties in an upscale environment. It perfectly blends nature at its most lush with cutting-edge architecture and innovative amenities ideal for building family memories well into the future.
Avida Settings – an affordable, environment friendly community designed with Mother Nature at its center. It offers well-planned community amenities and facilities that allow more time for family bonding activities. The house and lot offerings of this neighborhood create many firsts for Avida’s residential developments.

Villages are strategically located so that residents will have a quick travel time between the community and other major business centers, with an organized shuttle service to transport them from the village to Solenad, NUVALI’s commercial and business hub.
Riding the water taxi or feeding the schools of fish are just some of the activities one can enjoy at NUVALI. The short boat ride costs P30 per head.
Solenad blends essential shopping with leisure and dining in a relaxing, al fresco, lakeside environment. The area is connected to the now operational Lakesize Evozone commercial area by dedicated pedestrian and bike lanes. The Lakeside Evozone is the refreshing campus-like commercial area of NUVALI. It creates a new space for offices and businesses to thrive in an environment of productivity and connectivity.
Dine at Reyes Barbeque or enjoy great coffee at Starbucks and other food establishments in the area.
The City of Santa Rosa, Laguna will soon be truly a busy but relaxing metropolis for everyone as a 1,750 hectare, Nuvali, is set here. The place will surely be a haven that everyone dreamed of having and staying at since it is set to have educational, recreational and leisure establishments, where everybody can have fun and have quality time together with their families and friends, plus the fact that the place is created with balance between open spaces and built.
In addition, Nuvali is founded on the standards of social, economic, and environmental sustainability; and in line with this, the place is set with tree-lined pedestrian and bike lanes to encourage walking and have a healthier lifestyle, as well as efficient privately managed transits to help reduce dependence on private vehicles.
