The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) has announced a temporary suspension of its PSA Serbilis online services starting 10 November 2025 at 10:00 PM, with no definite date for resumption. The agency stated the suspension will last “until further notice.”

The PSA assured the public that all requests paid before the shutdown will still be processed, and requested documents will be delivered as scheduled. “No ongoing transaction will be left unattended,” the agency emphasized.
For inquiries, the PSA can be reached via:
- Email: [email protected]
- Telephone: (02) 8461-0500 local 808 or 813 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
While PSA Serbilis is temporarily offline, the PSA encourages the public to use alternative channels for civil registry document requests:

- PSAHelpline.ph, the agency’s definitive and authorized online portal, remains fully operational. Through this service, Filipinos can securely request PSA birth, marriage, and death certificates, as well as CENOMAR and CENODEATH, with delivery straight to their preferred address.
- Walk-in applications at the nearest Civil Registry System (CRS) Outlet (appointments required via appointment.psa.gov.ph)
- SM BREQS and LGU-BREQS partner outlets
The PSA thanked the public for their patience, explaining that the temporary suspension is necessary to improve service efficiency and system reliability.
