Christmas magic has arrived at SM City Marikina! On October 20, the mall officially unveiled Holiday Twinklewoods, a whimsical woodland-themed Christmas display filled with enchanting characters, festive lights, and exciting performances.
Part of Super Magical Christmas At SM, the launch transformed the mall into a charming holiday destination where families and friends could enjoy the festivities, snap photos, and welcome the most wonderful time of the year.
A Woodland Christmas Comes Alive
Located on the third level in front of SM Store, Holiday Twinklewoods features sparkling Christmas trees and whimsical forest-inspired decorations that bring a storybook setting to life.
The celebration opened with enchanting fairies and mythical woodland characters, setting the mood for an afternoon of Christmas magic. Mika, the official character of SM City Marikina, was also part of the festivities.
And, of course, Santa Claus made a special appearance, bringing extra Christmas cheer for the young and the young at heart!
Music, Dance, and Holiday Entertainment
The launch wasn’t just about the decorations. Guests also enjoyed a lineup of performances that brought the enchanted forest to life.
Violinist Micha Torres added a musical touch to the celebration, while FEU Roosevelt Indayog energized the crowd with a lively dance performance. Madison Events also presented a special performance, adding more fun and sparkle to the festivities.
With music, dancing, and magical characters all around, there was plenty to enjoy beyond the Christmas display.
Besties of Joy: Sharing Happiness This Christmas
Christmas is also about giving, and Besties of Joy brings that spirit into the holiday season.
The 2026 collection features four adorable characters: Maki, Matty, Sera, and Sasha. Beyond collecting these holiday companions, the initiative encourages generosity and helps spread happiness to children in need.
It’s also a wonderful opportunity for parents to teach kids about kindness and sharing, reminding them that the joy of Christmas grows when we share it with others.
