Surprised and overwhelmed, France Janina “Ica” Abion, a 27-year-old mom and banker, received PHP100,000 as a cash reward for being the 10-millionth customer of Home Credit Philippines, the leading consumer finance company in the Philippines, during an event held at SM Novaliches, Quezon City.
Ica considers her recognition as the lucky 10 millionth customer a blessing rather than luck, noting that the cash prize will greatly assist her family, especially since she and her partner are expecting their second child. In addition to the cash prize, the payment for her smartphone, which was financed by Home Credit, was also waived.
“I truly couldn’t believe that I am Home Credit’s ten millionth customer and that I was recognized by the company with special presents. With a one-year-old baby and another one on the way, these gifts mean a lot to me and my family. I hope that Home Credit can continue to impact the lives of more Filipinos across the country,” Ica said.
