Manila Memorial Park (MMP) and La Funeraria Paz-Sucat, Inc. (LFPSI) are expanding to Tarlac, Batangas, and Southern Cebu to cater to more strategic locations outside Metro Manila. The memorial services providers completed the Tarlac location on February 8, 2023, and are currently in the process of acquiring properties in Batangas and Cebu.

“In pursuit of our objective to provide prestigious memorial parks in the country, we continue to expand beyond the metro while innovating our products and services according to the needs of Filipinos so they can better honor and celebrate their departed loved ones. These expansions align with our shared vision with LFPSI of being the leading one-stop funeral and memorial service provider in all parts of the Philippines,” said the management of MMP. The MMP-LFPSI partnership is led by the Yuchengco Group of Companies (YGC), operating under House of Investments, Inc.

MMP-LFPSI Tarlac spans a total of 21 hectares of land. Meanwhile, the memorial services providers are yet to finalize the acquisition of properties in Batangas and Southern Cebu, which will be its second location in the province with the first memorial park located in Liloan, Cebu.

“MMP-LFPSI selected these locations for expansion due to their developments that serve as convergence points to a wide range of industries, emerging businesses, and growing and aging population. Upon assessing the area, we discovered that there is a need for more memorial services, so MMP-LFPSI took on the initiative of addressing this demand,” said Navarro.

All memorial parks in the pipeline will have full memorial services with modern viewing chapels and a breadth of viewing packages, including an al fresco or open-type viewing. Under comprehensive death care services, MMP-LFPSI covers memorial products such as lots, urns, and columbaria, as well as funeral services like cremation, embalming, viewing, interments, inurnments, and post-memorial services, among others. Additionally, it also offers lawn lots, garden lots, family estates, and indoor and garden columbarium facilities.

MMP is the pioneer developer of the most prestigious memorial parks and is the first to establish a modern crematorium in the Philippines. It is also the largest memorial park company in terms of land area and quality development.

LFPSI is a trusted deathcare services provider known for its excellent and dignified service. It has a total of 26 chapels and a stand-alone exclusive premier Rizal chapel, offering a peaceful place of viewing for the departed. It also has Outside Viewing Services that allow full mortuary services at any place, including churches or residences.

Together, MMP and LFPSI break the traditional funeral service by providing a love-filled celebration of life that gives healing experiences for Filipinos in times of grief. The partner companies share the same vision of being a one-stop funeral and memorial service provider that offers deathcare packages both for the departed and the bereaved family.
