From there, they can proceed to calling the branch of their choice, to inquire about products available, and to finally place their orders and to advise time of pick-up. Customers also specify if they prefer curbside pick-up or in-store pick-up—it’s that simple!

Do keep in mind that for in-store pick-up, customers go straight to a designated dispatching counter for their transactions and that cash, credit or debit card, and HappyPlus are accepted. For curbside pick-up meanwhile, only cash is accepted but through a contactless procedure, and a designated claiming area outside the branch is provided. Furthermore, the ordered products are placed in the car’s backseat for minimal contact and added safety.
