Do you want to increase your wallet limit at GCash? Well then here’s some good news. GCash is now granting a wallet limit of P500,000 for users with a bank or debit account linked to their GCash account. I recently received an SMS from GCash informing me about the new wallet limit for my GCash. I didn’t believe it initially with all the GCash related scams I am hearing about, but I checked the official GCash site and confirmed that the upgrade is legit.
My previous wallet limit is only P100K which is barely enough for heavy users like me. This upgrade is definitely a welcome change since cashless transactions are the way to go now. Aside from convenience, the cashless transaction also protects you from COVID-19 as it eliminates the physical transfer of cash from one person to another. The P500k upgrade will enable users to maximize their cashless transactions for both personal and business needs.
How do I increase my GCash wallet limit?
• Make sure your account is Fully Verified.
• Link your Bank Account or Debit Card to GCash.
Your limits will be increased if you have any of the following bank accounts linked in GCash:
- Debit Cards (locally-issued, MasterCard/Visa enabled)
Please note that the following are not considered as linked bank accounts, and will not qualify you for an increase in wallet limits:
- GCash MasterCard
- American Express Virtual Pay card
It may take up to 72 hours for you to receive an SMS notification that your wallet limits on GCash have increased. You will also receive a pop-up notification in the GCash App a day after you receive the SMS.
It’s so easy, right? A P500K wallet limit within your reach.
