Globe postpaid subscribers can now enjoy ALL UNLI and worry-Free Roaming in Thailand starting at $10!
To protect its roaming subscribers from billshock or the high surge of charges on a postpaid bill, Globe Telecom officially launched a new offer that will allow postpaid subscribers to subscribe to any of the three (3) UNLIMITED ROAMING COMBO SERVICES to enjoy worry-free mobile connection while on a business or leisure trip. It’s the world’s first ever all-unlimited roaming service for calls, short messaging system (SMS), and mobile internet to its post-paid subscriber. Globe All-Unli Roam would initially be offered in Thailand from Oct. 11 to Nov. 12.
During the Globe All-Unli Roam launch, Globe head for international business group Rizza Maniego-Eala said that they are initially offering this in Thailand due to the increasing number of travelers as well as existing roaming partners but they will expand this to other countries.
Under the All-Unli Roam promo, postpaid subscribers on roaming can subscribe to any of the three (3) unlimited roaming combo services to enjoy worry-free mobile connection:
- US$10 for Unlimited roaming mobile internet is available for 1-day, and US$27 for the 3-day variant.
- US$30 for unlimited roaming calls and mobile internet combo for 1-day and US$90 for the 3-day variant.
- US$40 for unlimited roaming calls, texts, and mobile internet combo for 1-day and US$120 for the 3-day variant.
By subscribing to any of these three unlimited roaming combo services, Globe postpaid subscribers travelling to Thailand would get as much as 90 percent discount from existing roaming rates.
To register to the Globe All-Unli Roam promos, postpaid subscribers can dial *143# (toll-free even while on roaming), select “ROAMING PROMOS” and then select “All UNLI”.

From October 11 to November 12, 2012, Globe postpaid subscribers visiting Thailand can register to any of the 3 roaming combos available.
Unlimited roaming mobile internet is available for US$10 for the 1-day variant and US$27 for the 3-day variant. The unlimited roaming calls and mobile internet combo is offered at US$30 for the 1-day variant and US$90 for the 3-day variant. Finally, the unlimited roaming calls, texts, and mobile internet combo is available for US$40 for the 1-day variant and US$120 for the 3-day variant.
The all-unlimited roaming services will cover Globe postpaid subscribers on roaming in Thailand, covering all roaming partners in the country such as Advanced Info Service Public (AIS), Total Access Communication (DTAC) and True Move Company Limited. This will benefit subscribers as they don’t have to manually latch on to a specific partner-operator because the promo covers all local operators in Thailand.
