    The Artistic Difference Called Picasso

Bold lines, pop-art murals on building walls and a welcoming artful lobby teeming with guests shuttling in and out of the elevators — this is the Picasso Serviced Boutique Residences.

An old building that once served as a home to local artists, models, DJ’s, photographers and people in the creative industry, it is given new life as a premiere boutique hotel inspired by the bold colors of the man behind the Cubist movement, Pablo Picasso.

With each floor having its own theme, the vibe of the establishment lives on from its modern and inviting lobby, to the colorful elevator paneling and the mini-canvasses that serve as room numbers.

Every floor reflects an aspect of Picasso’s life, from its design elements, color and feel. Every guest comes home to checkered flooring hallways, sleek rooms with flat-screen TV, internet access, a kitchenette and a large balcony overlooking the district.
