    F1 Hotel Manila brings Gastronomical Fusion

    F1 Hotel Manila lands its fifth year of sumptuous buffet spread of Filipino wonders, a dynamic fusion of traditional recipes is offered, being modernized and recreated, to serve cutting-edge Filipino cuisine with the hotel’s annual Filipino feast – LUZVIMINDA 5: Gastronomical Fusion. Three guest chefs will work with Executive Chef Decker Gokioco to enliven the classical recipes from the country’s island groups, using their modern technics in cooking: Chef Mikel Zaguirre (Locavore) for Luzon, Chef Dennis Uy (Meximama) for Visayas, and Chef Kalel Chan (Museum Café) for Mindanao.

    Started out in 2012, LUZVIMINDA has been the annual celebration of F All-Day Dining to commemorate the National Independence Day.
