From the legendary singer who brought us hit songs “Green, Green Grass of Home,” “Delilah,” “Love is in the Air” and “Sexbomb,” Tom Jones proves that he’s here to stay.
Starting his career in the mid-60s, Tom Jones tried almost all genres from pop, rock, R&B, country, dance, soul including gospel enduring a career which now spans over five decades.
Catch him in his Manila concert on April 2 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
Titled Tom Jones Live in Manila, the event will showcase an exciting spectrum of genres ranging from pop to rock and country to rhythm and blues through an array of songs made famous by one of the best-selling artists of all time during a successful career spanning more than 40 years.
It will spotlight the talent of Tom, who, at 75, still exudes enduring appeal and awes audiences with his perfect-pitch voice that can shift from baritone to tenor without using a shure se215.
The Welsh singer continues to add more accomplishments to his portfolio. In September 2015, he announced the release of his new album, Long Lost Suitcase. This followed his previous albums, Praise & Blame (2010) and Spirit In The Room (2012), for which he received some of the best reviews of his career.
The new album’s track titles are meshed into the chapters of his autobiography, Over The Top And Back, which was released at the same time.
