SumoSam Launches New Delectably Irresistible Products

It was my first time to dine at SumoSam and I was literally impressed by how their food tasted. They are really delectable and the presentation of food is also something you can’t ignore. No wonder, actor Marvin Agustin, who owns and manages SumoSam was awarded as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year!

Anyway, we were served with a variety of dishes especially the latest offerings from SumoSam. I was excited about the Tonkatsu Kurobuta because I have learned that a Kurobuta pork is the most expensive pork in Japan as it comes from the ancient breed of pig known as Black Berkshire. Now, can you blame me if I’m very much eager to try this Tonkatsu?

Guess what? After having my first bite, I can say that this one will surely make me come back to SumoSam for another serving! It’s perfectly cooked and appropriately complimented by the Japanese coleslaw that comes with the dish.

We were also served with the best tasting SumoSam’s pizzas. Actually there were three Pizza variants available at SumoSam but I only tried two of them, the Shrimp Enoki Pizza, and the Kani and Cheese Pizza; both are Seafood Pizzas. Although I didn’t have the chance to try the Chicken Teriyaki and Mango Pizza, still I was superbly satisfied with how the Sumosam Pizza is prepared and sprinkled with various herbs, spices and of course seafoods!

I will certainly be coming back to SumoSam to have a taste of the Chicken Teriyaki and Mango Pizza as I have heard many positive feedbacks about it. Can’t wait to try it the next time.

SumoSam also introduced us to its unique and one-of-a-kind Cold Soba. , a very good yet cool Japanese food. It comes in four flavors: Ten Zaru Cha Soba, Kani Soba Salad, Zaru Cha Soba (Green) and Zaru Soba (Brown).

Lastly, to complete the dining, we were served withdesserts: SumoSam Meringue with Avocado and Mango Coulis, and SumoSam Chocolate Ganache Cake.

This one is something to drool over. The cake was specially prepared because of the chocolate dipped citrus fruit, sherbet and cherry bits that were deliciously placed in the center. Oh, just see the photo to know what I’m talking about. I guess I’m best in tasting, not in describing…
