The Korean singer, Psy, took the world by storm with his “Gangnam Style” video and dance. In fact, in the Philippines, the song has been danced in all game shows, variety shows, talent searches, and inside the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC).
Yes! After their monthly performance was suspended, the Cebu Dancing Inmates are back as they dance to the hottest Korean dance craze “Gangnam Style.”
“Despite the heavy rain (September 29), at least a thousand inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center entertained guests with their ecstatic adoption of the Guinness World Record holder for the ‘Most Liked in YouTube,'” read the description on the Youtube video uploaded by Ryan Christopher.

The Cebu Dancing Inmates have performed numerous numbers, including “Sister Act,” “Radio Gaga,” “Together in Electric Dreams,” “Holding Out for a Hero,” and a tribute to Michael Jackson. The inmates’ rendition of Jackson’s Thriller video garnered more than 24 million views since 2007.
