    What is happiness?

For me, happiness is making the most of what you have and enjoying it with the people you love. It’s also the feeling of completeness, and contentment!

Now, why am I talking about happiness? I’m currently in Nurture Spa Village, Tagaytay City for the first “Happiness Boot Camp” arranged by Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Solutions, Inc. (CLIS).

The Happiness Boot Camp is a 2-day retreat on discovering the power of one’s own happiness. Some of the activities include a spa session, an an inspirational talk from Happiest Pinoy 2010 winner Winston Maxino, games, and more.

Also, the Happiness Boot Camp was organized to launch CLIS flagship campaign, the Search for the Happiness Pinoy!

The Happiest Pinoy encourages people to nominate any Filipino residents aged 10 and above with a constantly cheerful face, an optimistic outlook in life, proven ability to rise above life’s challenges and has positive impact on the lives of others.

Started in 2009, the Happiest Pinoy rekindled Filipino values of optimism, hope and resilience in times of strife, bringing inspiring stories and outstanding citizens, including that of winner Winston Maxino.

A committed family man, a father of three daughters and a self-proclaimed balloon-artist and magician, Maxino won the Happiest Pinoy 2010 for being an optimistic person despite being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, osteoporosis, asthma, and uveitis.

So if you believe someone you know is worthy to be hailed as the Happiest Pinoy 2012, secure on-line nomination forms and upload entries to http://www.happiest-pinoy.com or send accomplished forms to Cebuana Lhuillier Insurance Solutions (CLIS) Head Officr, 821 A. Spring corner J.P. Rizal Streets, Makati City.

Nominations are accepted until July 31, 2012. The winner will receive P250,000 and 9 finalists will receive P25,000 each!

Nominate now and spread the happydemic!

Check out their website http://www.happiest-pinoy.com for the mechanics and more details on the Happiest Pinoy 2012.
