Meralco (Manila Electric Company) website has a new look! It’s more user friendly than before.
Now, it has two main sections: FOR CUSTOMERS which provides the answers to customer concerns including electricity consumption, bill-related matters, and new account applications and THE COMPANY which is the section for corporate reports, business partnerships, stakeholder relations, and investor information.
The site includes a Navigation Bar at the top and Quick Link sidebar at the left side of the page to make browsing easier for techy and not so techy consumers.
Meralco AppCal was especially designed by Meralco in order to educate and inform consumers how their monthly electric bills are calculated. Through the AppCal, consumers learned how much an electric home appliance cost when used within a certain period of time. Therefore, they learned which appliances they should avoid using too frequently and which appliances does not cost too much and therefore can be used as frequently without the fear of getting an increase in the electric monthly bill.
Consumers can now access the Meralco AppCal anytime and anywhere even without internet connection. Meralco AppCal can be installed on your mobile devices! The AppCal is available for iOS, Blackberry, and Android devices.
Meralco Office Directory
Meralco also recently launched its latest mobile application for its Meralco Apps line – the Meralco Office Directory. This is the second Meralco mobile application that has been released for Meralco Apps.
The Meralco Office Directory is a one-stop assistance application that can help Meralco customers contact and locate any Meralco office. It features a complete list of Meralco offices (Business centers, Business center extension office, Auxiliary business centers, and Payment offices) that is categorized according to city or province. The lists also include contact information about each office, complete with location maps for the office’s area.
