Tips on removing and avoiding wrinkles

All people have wrinkles on their face wants a fast cure to remove wrinkles as it makes their aging so obvious. Lines that appear on our face are the signs of getting much older than what your real age is.

Making your wrinkles disappear won’t happen overnight though but there are some hints for us to get rid of those lines and wrinkles.

Quit Smoking

It is a well known fact that smokers look much older than other people of the same age group. Smoking results in premature wrinkles on the area around the mouth because of constant puckering. Getting rid of this bad habit significantly reduces wrinkles as well as improves your health in general.

Avoid Using Straws

Use of straw for drinking any beverage can cause fine lines to appear on the facial skin. This happens due to puckering of lips.

Use Sunscreen

Exposure to the sun’s rays with proper protection can be quite harmful for the skin. The skin starts looking leathery and older when exposed to sun for a prolonged time. Always use sunscreen before going out in the sun.

Sleeping Position

Sleeping on one side of your face and applying pressure on one side can lead to appearance of fine lines and wrinkles on your face.

Practice Home Remedies

• Apply juice of cabbage leaves mixed with honey and barley powder on your face for 15 minutes.

• Apply coconut oil on the wrinkles and massage properly every night.

• Rub pineapple core on the wrinkles and leave for 15 minutes to remove fine wrinkles.

• Mashed banana applied on the face can also help to get rid of wrinkles and fine lines.

Besides these, facial exercises can also help in eliminating fine lines and wrinkles from the facial skin.
