I have been chubby for as long as I can remember. I have pictures of me when I was a little baby and I was fat little baby! I sure was cute though..
But now I’m not a baby anymore, and I’m not sure if I’m still cute with my overweight body. It’s kind of depressing having this body. Whenever I see my pictures, I don’t look pretty – I look inflated and puffy.
I think I have a metabolism problem. I never was an overeater. Or it is because of my PCOS or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. PCOS is characterized by the presence of multiple immature follicles in the ovary, which are not released. And obesity is one of the signs of PCOS.
Sigh. I’ve realized that being overweight causes you to miss out on so many good things in life. I can remember wanting to wear certain clothes that were the in style and being told by the sales clerk, “Honey, we don’t make them in your size.” It’s just sad.
I think I need diet supplements that work. Can you suggest one? Or do you have a certain diet that you can share?
