My Health Issue and PCOS update

My doctor told me to always check my blood pressure because, during my last check up, my blood pressure is 130/90. She also scheduled another check up. However, I forgot about it yesterday since my mind was occupied for some personal matters.

But this morning, I received a text message from my doctor reminding me to exercise and try to lose some weight. And since I read in www.naturalfatburner.org that natural fat burners are supposed to help you burn fat at an exponentially higher rate and therefore transform your body more effectively. I’m interested in natural fat burner. So I’ll ask my doctor if it safe for me to try these natural fat burners.
