Motorola has just confirmed that AT&T’s first Android smartphone, the Motorola BackFlip, will be available starting March 7.
MOTOROLA BACKFLIP™, AT&T’s first Android phone, combines a revolutionary back-flip design with MOTOBLUR™ and Android to organize and sync your conversations, friends, and favorite content from multiple sources directly to your phone.
The Backflip’s display is a touchscreen. The gadget comes with a microSD memory card slot, a GPS receiver, 5 MPx camera and a 3.5mm headset jack. It is also expected to have Wi-Fi b/g, 3G mobile broadband and Bluetooth 2.0 with stereo. The Backflip will be available with Android 1.5.
