Cebu Filipino Prisoners Stage Tribute For Michael Jackson Youtube


Filipino inmates from Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) performed in front of a portrait of Pop star Michael Jackson on 27 June 2009. Around 1,581 orange-clad Filipino inmates who gained worldwide attention for an impressive ‘Thriller’ performance on YouTube paid their last respects to the late King of Pop. 

After being told of Jackson’s death Thursday in Los Angeles, the FIlipino inmates practiced for 10 hours for this Michael Jackson tribute.

King of Pop Michael Jackson died of a heart attack on 25 June 2009 at the age of 50.

I wonder this inmates are so fit, with the help of fitness equipment and dance performance every month. But they are really amazing.
