5/13/09: Jordan Sparks American Idol May 13 Video, Mp3 and Lyrics

The 2007 “American Idol” winner, Jordin Sparks, returned to American Idol to debut her new song “Battlefield.”

“Battlefield” is a song from Grammy-nominated American R&B/pop singer-songwriter Jordin Sparks. It serves as the lead single from Sparks’ as-of-yet untitled second studio album, which is due July 14, 2009. The song, the first to be released from Sparks’ as-yet-untitled sophomore effort, is now available exclusively via Apple’s iTunes Store and will be available via all other outlets May 19

Jordin Sparks was accompanied by co-writer Ryan Tedder on the piano. The song is your standard pop/R&B mid-tempo break-up song, but it was sung well. Sounds like a hit if sold right.  . Good luck with it and your next album, Jordin!
