* Any mobile camera phone (any portable device that can make and receive phone calls) may be used
* Digital point & shoot, SLR, webcams are not allowed

3. You may not change the posted entries
4. Photo Requirements
* Digital retouching is not allowed but enhancements done in camera at time of exposure is allowed (i.e. multiple exposure, fill flash, filtration)
* Color manipulation are allowed (sepia, B&W, color)
* No major manipulation is allowed (add/subtract elements/subjects)
* No watermarks -name, date & time, logo, etc.
5. Judging Criteria
* Content – 70%
* Composition – 20%
* Technical – 10%
6. Top 50 entries with most votes will proceed to the semi-finals
7. Judges will choose the Top 8 finalists
