As promised, TV5 shakes your summer with hot events and activities to be jump-started by the second wave of the TV5 LIVE Shake Mo TV Mo Caravan. After the successful and much enjoyed primer last January, the LIVE Caravan once again travels on May 1 (Friday), blaring with exciting activities and partying this time at the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall from 10 a.m. to 12 midnight.

Everyone is invited to turn the heat up and witness hot performances from TV5 celebrities, live tapings of your favorite TV5 shows, Talentadong Pinoy exhibitions and auditions, and chill music jamming with Moonstar 88 and Parokya ni Edgar.

Admission is free. Fun booths and activity stalls are set-up around the venue so expect to take home lots of cool prizes and surprises after enjoying the daylong event.

Enjoy and experience TV5 LIVE on its second shaking wave and watch out for more sizzling summer activities such as the Hirit Sa Tag-init! beach party in Puerto Galera on May 9, to follow the honking of the TV5 LIVE Caravan. Shake it sa Tag-init!

Speaking of TV5, I remember to check the prices of lcd monitor in the store.

The thought of caravan reminds me of kids. So when I learned that TV5 will have a caravan, I asked my niece to come with me.

Upon entering the venue, you could feel the fun already. Booths, gaming booths, arcades were everywhere. Celebrities, anime cosplayers, models and more were also around to interact with guests.

Around 3 in the afternoon, on-stage entertainment started with bubble show. After the bubble show, a ventriloquist showcased his talents with puppet. You can see in the eyes of the kids that they were enjoying the show.

When the ventriloquist show ended, it was time for the most awaited Barney and Friends show. Kids were so excited. I could hear some singing along with Barney’s song. Then the Barney and friends meet and greet followed, of course we would not miss this opportunity. So we fell in line with the kids, and patiently waited for our turn.

On-stage entertainment did not stop with the Barney show, Talentadong Pinoy entertained their audience. Celebrities like Roxanne Ginoo, Ariana Barouk, the cast of Lipgloss also preformed on stage. While Oyo Boy Sotto, Bangs Garcia, Jon Avila, Victor Basa gave away some iPods.

Also, Duster, Imago and Sandwich rocked the night away. I totally had fun that night.

For those who missed the caravan, this is only the beginning. TV5 LIVE Caravan is set to journey to six different destinations this year. TV5 Senior VP for Brand Management, Jasper Evangelista, said that the TV5 LIVE Caravan is expecting to meet and greet thousands of audiences “as an expression of the station’s gratitude and thanks” to its supporters. “We are very excited about this. TV5 is very thankful for the positive reception it earns from viewers and for the very favorable ratings, keeping us at a strong number three position in Philippine TV.”

TV5, the country’s rising TV station is shaking once again the metro with TV5 LIVE Shake Mo TV Mo Caravan on January 3, 2009 at Star City!

Step 1: Admission Requirements

1. Students : (elementary, high school, college)

* Present their valid school ID at the Registration Center and the Entrance gates
* 1 ID = 1 person

2. TV5 Merchandise Store

* Items bought from the TV5 merchandise store will have corresponding ticket points
* Upon purchasing from the TV5 store, visitors will be given their corresponding tickets based on the purchase they have made
* Please advise point system
* Tickets must be presented at the Registration Counter and Entrance Gates

3. On Line Promo Winners

* Winners of the On Line must present their tickets at the Registration counter and the Entrance gates
* Winners should already be given their tickets prior to the January 3 event. No claiming of tickets at the Caravan site
* Star City Wrist Pop Holders for January 3 only
* All holders of Star City wrist pops for January 3 are allowed into the Carnival
* Wrist pos must be worn on the wrists. Loose wrist pops will not be acknowledged
* Holders of wrist pops must present their wrist pos at the Registration Counter and at the Entrance Gates

Step 2: Registration Counter

* All visitors must get a registration slip at the Registration Counters
* Registration slips must be filled out before proceeding to the Entrance Gates
* Only filled out Registration slips will be honored at the entrance gates
