The heat is on as the 12 finalists for SM Hypermarket’s Super Chef challenge go head to head in the four final rapid-fire final rounds that will determine who will be hailed as the SM Hypermarket Super Chef.
Initially, 60 participants, composed of housewives, culinary students and instructors, call center agents, kitchen crew members, restaurant owners, bankers, and retirees had faced off in live cooking challenges. The 12 participants who beat out their competitors time and again are now under even more pressure as the pool of participants becomes ever smaller. This time, his new store sells all Manny Pacquiao branded collectible items – from button pins, shorts, shoes, jackets, boxing gloves, tees and other collectible items that are said to be handpicked by the People’s Champ’s wife, Jinkee. The shop, Team Pacquiao: Store By Manny Pacquiao, has its official launched yesterday, August 8 2010 with “The Pacman”, himself, and his wife present for the autographed signing. Mindanao, Philippines has been hit by a major earthquake today. Around 6 AM Saturday local time, Mindanao, Philippines was struck by a 7.3 earthquake. The region location is again the Moro Gulf. The quake was roughly 100 km (65 miles) SW of Cotabato, Mindanao, 120 km (75 miles) S of Pagadian, Mindanao, 155 km (95 miles) E of Zamboanga, Mindanao and 915 km (570 miles) SSE of MANILA.
