Claudine Barretto is now a Kapuso
After 17 years of being an exclusive Kapamilya star, Claudine Barretto is now a Kapuso.
Claudine Barretto signed a two-year contract with GMA-7 earlier today.
“Everything was really really fast, itong pangyayaring ito. Hindi talaga kami prepared, like yesterday, sinabi ok we’ll sign na today…” the actress said.
GMA Network EVP and COO Gilberto Duavit, Jr.expressed his happiness with this sudden turn of events.
“Sa wakas! Si Claudine ay maraming tagahangang mga kapuso at isa na ako roon, at di naman kaila na si Raymart ay kapuso rin, so welcome to the family!” he said.
Other ABS-CBN talents who also transferred to GMA were Bayani Agbayani and Be Bench winner Carlo Guevarra.
