Win a Wedding Raffle Promo Guidelines

1. The Win a Wedding Raffle Promo is a project of Hizon’s Catering Incorporated

2. Persons qualified to join the raffle are couples planning to get married on or before Dec 2009
3. Entries will be accepted from June 2008 – February 10 2009, Prizes will be drawn on February 14 2009.
4. Qualified participants can join the promo by registering online at www.winaweddingpromo.com or at any of the participating outlets
5. Upon registering the participant will receive a raffle ticket, the participant must fill up the raffle ticket and drop it at designated drop boxes.
6. Deadline of submission of entries is on February 10 2009.
7. The winner will be determined in a raffle draw on February 14 2009 at the Hizon’s Catering Main office.
8. One participant will win the dream wedding package, prizes can only be used for a wedding event and cannot be used for any other celebration, see prizes page for list of prizes.
9. All prizes should be utilized in one event at a single date.
10. Prizes are not convertible to cash, prizes are transferable, Prizes must be used within the year.
11. A valid ID, proof of intent to marry (i.e. wedding application in any church) and the raffle stub must be presented to claim prizes
12. The winner agrees to place his/her name and wedding pictures on the Win a wedding Promo Website
